Pilsner Malt

Our Pilsner Malt is ideal for lagers and other light beers. With its pale colour, clean flavour, and high extract, it provides a versatile base for many styles. Lightly kilned at 80–85 °C, it is our lightest malt, retaining high enzymatic power.
