Dark Munich Malt
A malt kilned at higher temperatures than our Light Munich Malt, with a robust, grainy malt character, nutty notes and a deep amber to orange colour. Used alone or with lighter base malts, it builds a strong malt backbone for traditional and malt-forward styles.
